To make 2 servings use 4 oz Pete's pasta, 75 g carrots, 220 g sugar snap peas, 70 g edamame, sauce is modified from Cookie and Kate recipe: soy sauce, fresh ginger, garlic, miso paste, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil. I used less oil than the recipe

  1. This is Pete’s pasta, only 110 cal, 17P per serving. Every time I post something with it people can’t believe how low calorie it is. It’s very high volume for a pasta, more than doubles in size when you cook it.

    Edit: In the ingredients I left out the low cal sweetener I used in the sauce ( instead of maple syrup the recipe called for)
