My Thai friend’s mother grows these flowers, and dries them herself to make organic tea. My friend brought back these dried leaves as a gift for me, which allowed me to steep them and make this tea for the first time. The flavour and scent is so delicate and beautiful, and the colour of the blue is so much more vivid than I expected!
