
I’ve been doing intermittent fasting this week 9pm-12pm, so have had any breakfast basically.
Felt so good finally eating some today.
2 eggs over easy: 170 cal
1 cup sautéed mushrooms: 106
1/3 cup jalapeños: 5 cal
Any tips for intermittent fasting?y most difficult is stopping late evening/night eating. So 9pm works for me so far, but would love to get to 7pm ugh
