




The day was pretty bland until I made my lazy poke bowl for dinner, but I hit enough of my personal targets. Does anyone else have to adjust their diets with the changing seasons? A salad and a piece of fruit is a fine lunch for me in the summer when my appetite is milder, but if I attempt that in the winter, I’m ravenous by the time I get home to make dinner 😭. This PBJ had me feeling full for the rest of my workday so I think I might fix different sandwiches for lunch that give me more protein and healthy fats.
