Both the heirloom tomato & sweet basil were home grown picked fresh. The other Caprese salad ingredients include burrata cheese, EVOO, aged balsamic vinegar, 4 peppercorn grind & fleur de sel. Incredibly tasty & easy to make, highly recommended.
