  • Egg, 1 medium
  • American Cheese, 1 slice
  • Apple, 1 small

Day one of my new healthy eating plan. I’m loosely following the Bright Line diet, (missing veggies here as I didn’t have time to cook the mushrooms I planned to have with the eggs.) I like the simplicity of it -3 balanced meals a day, no snacks, no added sugar or flour. I’ve been trying to move the needle on a stubborn 15lbs, as I’ve aged it’s much more difficult. My diet has been terrible for quite some time, too much processed/frozen crap, not enough fruits and veggies. Posting for accountability and support 😊
