



Hi everyone,
I am 25, 5’4, weigh 132 pounds (bust 34, waist 27, and hips 38), and am looking to cut down to 120. I will be going to the gym 4 days a week (30 min cardio, weights, 20 min sauna). I work as a nurse the other 3 days a week.
I previously weighed 210 and lost the weight doing gym and 1200 cals, but my carbs were much lower, around 70 max. I just want to make sure I’m not consuming too many carbs for effective cutting?
