
These were made with 70g oat fiber, 1 egg, 300 ml low fat milk, like 4g of melted butter, baking powder, 40g erythritol, 10g vanilla extract, pinch of salt, half tbsp xantham gum, tiny amount of psyllium husk, like 3-4g of gelatine mixed in water.
I eat them because I eat everything, I don't give a fuck, but my god they taste awful. Any tips ("use flour and just eat normal pancakes" is not a useful tip)?
They need to stay low calorie, not high protein, as I get like 250 to 300g of protein through other sources
