It’s so true! Volume makes all the difference. I add some mixture of cabbage, peppers, spinach, arugula, carrot, squash, pumpkin to every meal i make now lol.

Very nice, egg whites definitely make it look way bigger! I’ll definitely get me some of it.

  3. Egg whites for the WIN! Definitely more filling and satisfying than trying to survive off half a cup of cottage cheese alone in the AM.

My recent breakfast as a breakfast sandwich connosuier is: 2/3C egg whites, one thin sliced Kraft single, one slice Brownberry Oatnut bread (120cal per slice, sometimes keto bread is just not on the grocery list), and either 1tbsp real bacon bits or 2oz of Lite Spam.

  4. Stupid question but how do you make this? First cook the eggs then add veggies on top? Or first fry the veggies then pour eggs on top? I am pretty new to cooking (and to eating healthy tbh) so sorry if this is a stupid question, but I’d love to recreate your meal since it looks delish 😋
