
Iām surprised by the size. Excited to eat this. I burned a good amount of calories today at the gym, and this will take me only over my regular calorie deficit of 155 calories which really doesnāt cause I burned around 600 at the gym. I usually stick to the same amount even with workouts, but itās okay. My regular deficit is 1650. š

1650 deficit is very high, damn. Is that sustainable for you? I always like to add 200 calories or so to food I eat out. I just don’t believe most restaurant calorie counts.
Sorry but thereās no way thatās 800 calories. When I was try to lose 50 lbs in my 20s, I ate really clean for the entire week and bought two of these every Sunday and ate them in 15 minutes. They were great cheat meals on a diet but I wouldnāt eat this daily.
