I’m surprised by the size. Excited to eat this. I burned a good amount of calories today at the gym, and this will take me only over my regular calorie deficit of 155 calories which really doesn’t cause I burned around 600 at the gym. I usually stick to the same amount even with workouts, but it’s okay. My regular deficit is 1650. šŸ™‚

  1. 1650 deficit is very high, damn. Is that sustainable for you? I always like to add 200 calories or so to food I eat out. I just don’t believe most restaurant calorie counts.

  2. Sorry but there’s no way that’s 800 calories. When I was try to lose 50 lbs in my 20s, I ate really clean for the entire week and bought two of these every Sunday and ate them in 15 minutes. They were great cheat meals on a diet but I wouldn’t eat this daily.

  3. people are so damn miserable in these comments, enjoy your pizza OP! I don’t see why a small, thin crust pizza wouldn’t be around 800 calories. even if it’s a bit more, who cares? if you’re not eating it everyday then it really doesn’t matter
