

long time lurker, first time poster! i do 1200-1500 depending on how active im being, and this is one of my favorites. my partner cooks our dinners, they tend to be healthy but i like to leave 1000 cals for dinner so i don't have to worry about weighing and counting as i'm not 100% sure what goes into it. that means i try to keep my lunches to a low calorie amount. i'm 10 lbs down and 10 to go 🙏🏻
