This is one of my simple go to meals, halved small tomatos and chunks of mushroom fried in butter with eggs fried on the side all seasoned with fine Celtic sea salt and pepper. I threw the veg onto a leftover boiled spud which actually was awesome for healthy carbs and I didn't have cold pressed juice etc so merely had water with this meal.

It may seem simple but honestly the flavours are there for sure!
