
Sometimes it's a hassle to roll up sushi, so I just do it this way to avoid all the extra work and throw it in a few dried seaweed sheets~
INGREDIENTS (2 servings)
100g rice (dry weight)
100g avocado
4 surimi sticks
1 can of tuna
15g light mayonnaise
1tbsp soy sauce
For the sushi rice:
8ml rice vinegar
3g salt
6g any 0cal sweetener
