I’m 5’5 120lbs and wondering if my Fitbit’s estimate of 2000 for my TDEE could be correct? From online calculators I’ve gathered that my maintenance is closer to 1500, but I’d think the Fitbit would be more accurate because it has my heart rate and oxygen levels all day? I don’t really see weight loss eating anything over 1300 cals a day tho so that’s telling me I’m probably closer to the online estimate?
