Breakfast was tofu scramble, then I had tuna with rice and nori sheets and a boiled egg, and for dinner I had ground chicken with potatoes and veggies. This kept me full for the whole day and I had some frozen grapes for a late night snack! Admittedly I donโ€™t eat like this everyday (Iโ€™m usually around 1400-1500 cals) but today was a very low activity day so I needed less food.
