Ok I'm not one of the 1200 calorie diet goals but I did join here for ideas and here I wanted to share half my dinner ( other half is hand cut frys) and it's a ham sndwhich

It uses

2 slices keto friendly aldos white bread for 70 cala
6 slices of black forest ham from aldis for 70 als
1 slice gouda cheese for 70 cals
1 pinch of doles greener mix (one with caffots) for maybe 5 cals
A few pickles and pickled banana pepper rings for maybe 5 cans
And 1 and half to 2 tablespoons of light miracle whip for 40 cals

Total maybe 240 cals (can be less I'm guessing my miracle whip high as I don't measure it )

And I construct it like

Slice of bread with mayo on bottom
Stack on bottom slice dole mix
Then add the meat
Add cheese ontop
Then add pickles and pepper rings

And you get a good sandwhich ik sharing because ibused to over eat a ton before watching what I eat and the ham sandwich

Has helped me a lot on the endeavor
