


Posted last week as part of a full day of eating, but have had every night since because I’m obsessed 🤩
Full Carrot or two
Half an onion
Two cups of cut cabbage
15 cherry tomatoes
3 cups of low sodium chicken broth
1-2 cups of water
Garlic powder
Lemon juice
Optional:
I like spice! So I add hot sauce, chilli flakes
Top with mint leaves and cilantro
