Unfortunately calorie restriction works. I’m going to try and commit to not stuffing my face. I’m being mindful about not finishing meals. Yesterday I dirty fasted until 5:30 (I had coffee with cream and stevia) then ate a giant apple, cooked a good dinner for my family and ate a plate, then had a mini Twix and reeces pumpkin. Dirty fast again today (it’s currently 2:45 pm) For reference I’m 40F/5’1”/SW127
