You can also make the recipe into pancakes but it’s way easier to prep if you just bake it in a little dish. Here’s the recipe: 1.5 tbs coconut flour, 1/4 cup and 2 tbs egg whites
(preferably egg beaters for the best texture), 1/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt, splash vanilla extract, pinch salt, and sweetener to tastes (it depends if
you use sweetened yogurt or not). The topping on mine which isn’t included in the calories is: 3 tbs Greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp vanilla pudding mix, 2 tsp date caramel, and 1 additional tsp for the top. Another lower calorie one would be three tbs Greek yogurt with 3/4 tsp Sf pudding mix of choice. Bake for 10 minutes at 350, let cool, and add toppings. With the topping I did, it has 200 calories and 18g of protein. If you go plain, it’s 125 calories and 15g of protein. If you do the Greek yogurt topping without dates, it’s 150-155 calories and 18g of protein. Edit: I forgot coconut flour has protein so all the protein values above should be two higher (:
