
The taste is probably 9/10. As a diet food its 100/10. I eat two of these but most people would feel full from the first one.
Low Carb Wrap – 100 calories 7g protein
Chicken Fajitas – 160 cals 25g protein
Yoghurt – 30 cals 2g protein
Light Mozzarella- 30 cals 4g protein
It’s low carb, high protein, decent fats. A good breakfast/brunch to keep you full for atleast 3 hours especially if you eat two.
