I might as well share the recipe for my chocolate protein banana muffins that are pictured while I’m here. Makes 6 muffins, 1 muffin has 166 calories and 8 grams of protein. You’re welcome! 🤎🍌
Chocolate protein banana muffins
– 1 banana (mashed)
– 2 eggs
– 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup oats (blend them or don’t, depends on your desired texture)
– 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
– 1 tablespoon cinnamon
– pinch of salt
– 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder (I use Allmax chocolate whey)
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes!
