

I have a lot of studying to do, so I prefer to eat a JUMBO breakfast so I don’t get hungry in the middle of studying.
Potatoes + LF cream cheese + Trader Joe’s Hot & Sweet Jam = addictive, it’s seriously good.
Coffee is a protein coffee, nothing fancy.
Also the app is My Fitness Pal in dark mode, I get asked each time I post.
