Had a short workout today about to start my menstrual cycle was craving sweets and a chik fil a breakfast bowl. Close enough lol a little high on the calories side for a meal but not bad. Could vary it to make it healthier but I ran out of veggies this week gotta go grocery shopping.

Just bare chicken patty ~ 210 calories
1 egg ~ 70 calories

Half a cup of blackberries~ 30 calories
3 tbsp of cool whip ~75 calories.

Total 385 calories.
