I work at basically a fast food place and used to always take salads with me for my break in the evening. Decided today was a good day to start again as the weather gets warmer.

Big leftover veggie salad for ~210kcal! I microwaved the broccoli and edamame πŸ™‚ I also added some pumpkin seeds after (5g, 22kcal, not included).

I usually like to use flavoured canned chickpeas or beans or something like that for protein and so I don’t need to add dressing.
