

I mixed oats, protein powder, cinnamon and erythritol in a bowl and added hot water until everything was combined. Then I added the grated zucchini and mixed some more. I microwaved the mixture for 45 seconds at a time and mixed in between the intervals. Once it was warm and had expanded slightly I topped it with soy yogurt and frozen raspberries.
It's really delicious, I highly recommend you make it if you're a texture person like me ππ₯
