
So this is the Friday version of my every work day lunch. According to the packages it is: 30cal carrots, 40cal peas, 20cal baby cucumber, 150cal hummus, 120cal olive oil, and a 35cal juice box. Totaling ~395cals.
The addition of the juice is what makes it my tgif lunch. I rarely finish the whole thing because it is so filling.
My question is – what would you add or take away knowing staying under 500cal is the goal for lunch?
