Snack: kiwi and protein milk 🥝
Snack: Cinnamon roll and protein milk 🍰
Snack: clear protein shake 🥤
Dinner: vegetable soup, roasted sweet peppers and tuna steak 🥩
Dessert: fruit and veggie pop 🌱
Sometimes you just need 3 glasses of milk in a day lol I opened the container a few days ago and I wanted to finish it and succeeded 😎
