
Hello all,
Long time lurker here. I've started doing 1200-1300 calories for a couple of weeks with while walking 10-12k steps average (the walking being for unrelated reasons), and was wondering why my progress seems to yo-yo like this.
Is this normal, or is it related to the walking? I know I'm still (hopefully) making progress, but it is a little demoralizing when my weight compared to last week is basically the same. If it's water retention from exercise, I might refrain from walking more when I start feeling the claudication and soreness in my legs.
