FRIED GOAT CHEESE
hibiscus gastrique, lavender honey, green onions, marcona almonds
Had this at a restaurant for lunch today, was pretty good and very unique and a fun thing to share with my friend who doesnt tend to try more fringe culinary tastes. We both enjoyed it vwry much although imo the cheese could have had juat a bit more of a crust to it.
