Not looking for advice on how to make my meals more low-cal. Could I make different and more low-cal choices? Sure. But, flavor and not denying myself things I love has helped me get this far. I find I need to eat small amounts frequently throughout the day to stay satiated, so I save a decent amount of calories for snacks (especially in the evening). Daily goal that has been working for me is apx 250 for breakfast, 350 for lunch, 450 for dinner and 150 for snacks. Lunch is usually a smaller portion of the previous night’s dinner leftovers.

Hills I will die on so don’t @ me: you will pry my Kickstart from my cold dead hands. For some reason, vegetarian corn dogs are a breakfast food πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ. All my small reusable containers were dirty this morning, so I put my jerky in a plastic bag that I will be reusing. I usually get the 2% Cottage Cheese but they were out and I had to get my fix, so full fat it was. This was the last of it.

Lastly, bless the angel amongst us who shared the whipped feta/rice cake/honey snack. It’s one of my go-tos now. πŸ™πŸΌ
