
Unstuffed peppers, but I used hot Italian sausage!
1/2 pound hot Italian sausage, 1 bag Birds Eye tri-color peppers and onion, 1 cup (dry) white rice, 15oz diced tomatoes, 8oz tomato sauce, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1.5 cup broth, 1 cup kraft low fat mozzarella, seasonings to taste. I split it into 4 servings! 23.4g protein
