
Husband asked me to meal plan for him so he can lose weight.
He is currently 206 and 5'9 with a goal of 175. He wants to cut hard so the goal is 1800cal a day. This feels like too much and I'm struggling to incorporate his protein goal of 160 grams at that calorie limit. He doesnt go to the gym but his job can be physical sometimes and he doesnt want to lose muscle.
Whenever I've dieted in the past I just ate more veggies to stay full, but the high protein goal is messing with me.
Any meal advice for high protein that stays low calorie??
He updated the protein goal after I made todays food which is why its lacking lol. How to I get another 40 grams in??? Do I just need to convince him to add 200 more calories?
