
Northern Indian buffet night. A super tangy cilantro/lemon chicken dish. Simmered in a garlic and ginger paste, lemon juice, and turmeric and roasted cumin seeds with some fresh Thai peppers and cayenne. First time making it so I followed the recipe point by point and it did not disappoint. Paired it with some black mustard seed and fennel cauliflower that just slayed. Best cauliflower ever.
