

made this delicious cauliflower fried “rice” for dinner. huge serving was only 245 and 18.4g of protein! It had cauli rice, mixed veg (carrots, peas, and green beans), kimchi, and scrambled egg whites. also added some homemade pickled onions on top with green onion and sriracha 🙂
doesn’t look very aesthetic but was super tasty
