Velvety smooth, slightly spicy corn soup as the base, with the following topping options: blanched corn cut off the cob into planks, salted yellow heirloom tomato, crispy (turkey) bacon, diced cilantro, sliced green onions, fresh parsley oil, and plump crab claw meat.
Next time I’ll add the following topping options: razor thin sliced red Serrano peppers, fresh ribbons of mint and/or basil, and cotija cheese.
