So after calculating these should come out to about 50 calories (depends on the size you make the pretzels) a piece since this recipe makes 40 ish soft pretzel bites.
Ingredients:
1.5 cups of warm water
1 packet of active yeast
1.5 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of sugar
4 cups of flour
1 egg whisked
sea salt or any big salt

Instructions:
1.) To bowl of warm water add yeast. Let it sit for 3 to 5 minutes before adding sugar and salt.
2.) in large bowl add the flour, then poor yeast mixture over top. Knead for 5 ish minutes or until it comes together.
3.) Preheat oven to 425°
3.) separate dough into eight equal sections. Then roll dough into a rope, 15 – 20 inches long and 1 inch thick.
4.) cut the rope into 2 inch pieces before cutting an 'X' into the top.
5.) bring a pot of water with baking soda to a boil. Once the water is boiling, add 8 dough pieces to the water, letting them boil for 30 seconds before removing. Once you remove the dough pieces from the water brush lightly with egg and sprinkle salt on top. Repeat until all dough pieces have been boiled.
6.) Add dough pieces to a prepared baking sheet and place in oven for 8 – 10 minutes. The broil for 1 minute or until golden brown on top.

Notes:
If you want you can toss the pretzel bites in seasons but that would add calories I didn't calculate in the original recipe.
Warning that if it is hot where you live right now this will heat up your house a lot.
These are very chewy pretzels so if you don't like that I don't recommend this recipe.
I personally pair this with some yellow mustard but if you know a good cheese sauce these would taste amazing with that too.

I hope you enjoy the recipe if you try it!
