


Not a breakfast person but my job is fairly physical so I wanted to encorporate shakes. I started with premier protein, and I could feel the difference in my energy and mental levels right away. The stomach aches weren’t so bad at first, but they became so bad I couldn’t finish them. I become so bloated I have to loosen my belt like 3 notches, and I don’t start to feel hungry again till 2-3pm, I drink them at 8-9 am. I
I got these nutri shakes after finishing my premier ones. I thought it could be the brand, and I sampled it at Sam’s and it is much lighter than the premier. But it made me so sick again, I had to go home. I don’t have lactose intolerance. I’ve never experienced any adverse effects to dairy, and that’s the main suggestion I see when other people have this issue
