Made a nice salsa verde, crisped up some cheese and whipped up my first ever batch of tortillas. It was a lot of fun, I had expected to butcher the tortillas but honestly after the first one, they all came out fine. The poor first one got smashed wayyyy too thin. Definitely had a quick learning curve on how much pressure to apply.
