I am so proud of this beauty, took about 2 and a half hours!
I didn’t look up a recipe, I just eye-balled it and lived in the moment.
I sliced the potatoes thinly and blanched them before frying them off. I also caramelised my onions and the result is the tastiest tortilla I’ve ever had!
The photo doesn’t do it justice but I’d say it’s about 1 and a half to 2 bananas wide!

2 hours? I mean everyone does whatever in their kitchen as they want and as well as they can 🙃but 2 hours?! Maybe it’s because I have worked in hospitality and they wanted everything for yesterday and I’m already on a rocket 🚀 but could you explain to me how it took you that long?! (it’s genuine curiosity)
