


Crazy how good this tastes for what it is:
- 2 slices of Carbonaut gluten free white bread, toasted (magic bread)
- 10-15 slices of Kirkland 98% lean deli (any type)
- 1 tbsp Philadelphia cream cheese (optional to save 30 cals)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (also optional but you save basically nothing)
- Half a pickled red pepper for taste
- Romaine Lettuce leaf, folded
- Half a medium tomato (I like roma tomatoes)
Just don’t eat more than two a day or the fibre will get to you.
