
Wanted to share! Chicken breast split and pounded. Tossed in a blend of breadcrumb, spices and parmesan cheese. Fried and then topped with mozz and broiled. Hit with homemade white wine spicy blush sauce. This was super tasty and way larger than it might seem in the photo. Will take any suggestions for improvement.

That blush sauce sounds good; I normally use red wine for tomato sauce, but never thought to use white. Do you have a recipe?
