I recently visited Paris for a gig. Went to a local cafe ordered a plate of cheese, pint of kroenberg blanc and espresso. Immediately after placing my order I realised I didn’t order the onion soup. One of those I have to many beautiful options and cheese was the dominating factor. I cooked french onion soup when we got home for me and my wife she was pleas d with th bombardment of onion.
