I often use this website (Fat Secret )as a go to for figuring out how many calories, and how much protein would be in something. But sometimes I encounter something like this. It's fine that they provide a separate estimate for cauliflower cooked in some kind of mystery fat (it's weird, but whatever ) But … How is the protein content that different? I've had this happen before when I've searched for a certain amount of ground beef and if I double the amount I don't get double the calories. Open to any of your thoughts about how to know the numbers you are adding up are relatively acurate.
