Is anyone interested in joining me on finishing summer strong?

I turn 43 in 6 weeks and as of Friday I was 6 pounds from my goal weight so I thought why not do a mini cut. Anyone can do anything for 6 weeks right? Even a mom of three with a new job like me!

Then I thought that I should find some people to join me to make the 6 weeks easier. Doesn’t have to be a calorie goal… it’s whatever fitness goal you have.

For me I will
– Eat 1200 calories a day
– Do two Chole Ting programs (https://chloeting.com/program/2021/2-weeks-shred-challenge and https://chloeting.com/program/2021/hourglass-challenge
– Give up drinking (I usually drink on the weekends, note my comment about my Friday weight)
