Started doing OMAD and I genuinely hated it until I ascended to eating lower calorie foods. It’s not the prettiest but 10.5 ounces of steaks, two eggs, 2 cups of roasted broccoli, 1 oz of kimchi, 2 oz of pickled onions, 4 oz of sautéed red peppers, 1 oz of sauerkraut, 1 cup of arugula. 1 tsp of kerrygold butter for the eggs.

water heavy foods are the cheat code.
