I work from home on Mondays, so I have a lot of free time once I'm off the clock, decided to try my hand at Alabama Orange Rolls. It took hours, mostly through proofing the dough, but I think it was worth it. They turned out pleasantly citrus-y, however, I might need to alter the recipe to try to achieve a fluffier dough next time.
