

I accidentally walked a ton today (thank you walking pad + busy workday) and felt super happy to be back on track after eating at maintenance the past few days. This community has been so helpful to me on my weight loss journey so I was excited to share a day I feel super proud of โบ๏ธ swipe for macros for each meal!
Breakfast- 4 boiled eggs + mate, ice protein coffee ๐ฅ โ๏ธ lunch: quinoa, salad, salmon with sugar free alcohol free tinto de verano (donโt know how to translate that lol) ๐ท ๐ snack: mango coconut protein smoothie ๐ฅญ๐ฅฅ dinner: 2 carb balance tortilla pizzas with Coke Zero ๐๐ฅค
Things I donโt track: mate, black coffee, sugar free drinks, spices
