I made a vegetarian burger for lunch!

I seasoned two large portobellos with salt, pepper garlic powder and smoked paprika and cooked it on a cast iron on medium heat. These made great patties for a burger.

Then I put some monterey jack cheese in between and melted them with a hand torch. I also sliced some avocados, tomatoes and pickles and put all together between a butter toasted sesame bun.

Almost as good as a real burger! Although, I’m kind of craving In & Out now.
