About 100 cals. 1/2 medium tomato, persian cucumber, snack pepper, some onion and some herbs dressed with this vinegar. It's very simple, but still good. I highly recommend this vinegar! It has such a strong and sweet grape musk, and it's so thick! It's more cals than regular balsalmic, but definetly worth it. (Just imagine it on brussel sprouts…)
