Has anyone tried making crackers or chips from Palmini? It’s the one thing I miss on a low carb diet. Something crunchy and salty to mindlessly munch on. I can’t believe the internet isn’t littered with such recipes. I may pioneer the field?

    Not hearts of palm, but if you’re looking for low cal, salty, crunchy, try kale chips! If you have an air fryer, you can get them to a great crunch. Lots of recipes online. Another option I like, not as low cal but still healthy and crunchy, is dry roasted edamame, there’s lots of flavor options out there.
